Welcome to your AeroStrap Setup Guide.

Everything you need to set up and use your AeroStrap - from weighing your luggage to setting your TSA lock.

How to Fit your AeroStrap

1. Open the buckle
Unclip the buckle and loosen the vertical strap.

2. Position the AeroStrap
Place the buckle underneath the suitcase handle and leave the loose end of the vertical strap lying flat on the floor.

3. Position your suitcase
Gently roll or place your suitcase over the loose strap so the strap runs underneath the centre of the luggage.

4. Wrap & connect
Bring the loose strap up and around the suitcase, then connect it securely back into the buckle.

5. Tighten
Pull the strap until it sits snug and flat around your suitcase. Make sure it isn't twisted and the buckle remains underneath the handle.

QUICK CHECK: Strap sit underweight the luggage handle!

How to Set Your TSA Lock

1. Find the A/B switch
On the back of the buckle, locate the small switch labelled A and B.

2. Move the switch to B
Slide the switch from A to B to enter the code-setting mode.

3. Set your combination
Turn the number dials to choose your desired three-digit code.

4. Move the switch back to A
Once your code is set, slide the switch back from B to A.

5. Your lock is ready
Your new combination is now set. Turn the dials away from your code to lock your AeroStrap.

How to Weigh Your Luggage

1. Turn on the scale
Press the Power button on the buckle to switch on the integrated digital scale.

2. Select your unit
Press the Unit button to switch between kg and lbs.

3. Lift your luggage
Lift the suitcase using the scale handle, keeping your luggage steady and fully off the ground. Hold for 1–2 seconds. The scale will automatically lock the highest weight reading, so you don't need to keep holding the suitcase once the reading is captured.

4. Check your weight
Lower your suitcase safely. Your luggage weight will remain displayed on the screen, ready to compare with your airline's baggage allowance.

Quick Tip: For the most accurate reading, make sure the buckle is positioned outside of the suitcase handle while lifting and keep the luggage steady for 1–2 seconds.
